Terms and Conditions

These are the terms for buying and using a course from Financial House Academy. By completing a purchase, you agree to them.

What you get

A single purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course you bought for as long as it remains available. It is for your own use only. It is not for resale, and it is not a license to teach, broadcast, or otherwise distribute the material to anyone else.

Access begins right after payment is confirmed. If you're new to Financial House Academy, your account and sign-in code are sent to the email you provide at checkout.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, for any reason, once a purchase is complete.

Because the course is digital and access is granted immediately upon payment, there is no return of the product the way there would be with a physical one. Please review the course description and curriculum before buying.

This policy applies to every purchase, including partial use of the course. If your card was charged in error or you believe there was a mistake with your order, contact us and we will look into it, but a change of mind is not grounds for a refund.

Language edition

The course is available in English and Spanish, priced the same either way. You choose one edition at checkout, and your purchase grants access to that edition. Access to the other language is a separate purchase.

Ownership of the course

The course (videos, written materials, and any files provided with it) belongs to Empire Builders and its instructors. Buying the course does not transfer ownership of any of it. You agree not to:

• Record, download, copy, or redistribute the videos or materials
• Share your login, or let anyone else use your access
• Resell, sublicense, or present the material as your own

Educational content, not personal advice

This course is general financial education. It is not personalized financial, insurance, tax, or legal advice, and completing it does not create an advisory or client relationship between you and Empire Builders or its instructors.

Nothing in the course guarantees a particular financial result. Your own decisions, and their outcomes, are yours. For advice specific to your situation, talk to a licensed professional.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Empire Builders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update course content or these terms from time to time. If the terms change in a way that materially affects your access, we'll post the update here with a new date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
